Fatimé Souckar Terab is a pioneering social entrepreneur and agribusiness advocate in Chad. She is the President of the African Youth in Agribusiness Organization (AYA-CHAD) and founder of Khadar Market and Farms, promoting organic agriculture and food security. She has trained over 900 young people in agricultural entrepreneurship through the AYA Bootcamp program. She previously served as Advisor for Gender Promotion, Family, and Child Protection to the President of Chad, and is a champion for youth empowerment and sustainable development. A multilingual leader, she has received numerous accolades, including the OBAMA African Leadership Foundation Laureate (2022) and the Africa 3535 Award (2020).
