Emma Inamutila Theofelus is the current Namibian Minister of Information and Communication Technology. A lawyer and youth activist, she has championed digital literacy, gender equality, and youth empowerment. In 2021, she successfully moved a motion to remove tax on sanitary products in Namibia. Emma has been recognized globally, including by the BBC, Avance Media, and the United Nations, where she received the 2022 UN Population Award.
